How do I place an order?
To place an order on our website, use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your shipping, billing, and credit card information. You can go to your cart at any time by clicking the “View Cart” link near the top of every page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. If you are paying by credit card, it will show up on your bill as being paid to www.alphachesssets.com.

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are billed to or shipped to an address in the state of Mississippi (7%).

Can I replace just 1 or 2 chess pieces without buying a whole new set?
For any chess set that is bought from us, we will replace chess pieces as needed over time for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set the piece goes with. Please contact us at support@alphachesssets.com to use this service.

How do I return an item?
We will accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If you need to return or exchange something, please send an email with information about what you are returning or exchanging to returns@alphachesssets.com. Refunds will be for the purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your money will be credited back to your card after we receive the item you’re returning and assure that it is in good condition. There is no restocking fee for items that are returned to us in good condition. However, if the returned item is damaged, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The amount of the restocking fee will depend on the damage and will range from 50% to 100% of the purchase price.

What do I do if an item is damaged or defective when I received it?
If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, please keep the box it came in along with all packing materials and contact us immediately at returns@alphachesssets.com. We will send you a label to use to ship the item back to us so that we can replace it for you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled or modified for any reason. However, if a cancelled order has already shipped, the refund will be for the purchase price minus the shipping charges. To cancel or modify an order, please send an email to support@alphachesssets.com.

What if I receive the product and don’t like it?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be 100% happy with any chess products purchased from us, or we refuse to accept your money! If you are not satisfied with an item, for any reason or no reason, please return it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges. Please see our Return Policy for specific details on how to return an item.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the United States and Canada.

Will my order be shipped via UPS, USPS, etc?
Typically, orders going to the continental US and Canada will ship via UPS. Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US military (APO and FPO) addresses will ship via USPS regular mail.

How much will shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders that are over $100.00 USD! If you choose free shipping, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, via USPS Priority Mail, or via any other carrier we determine is needed to get your package to you in a timely manner. If you need your order faster, then you may select another shipping method when checking out. For faster shipping, any orders going to the continental United States or Canada will be shipped via UPS, and the shipping charges will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and destination.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will usually ship within 1-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the time it takes to reach you will depend on which carrier and service you selected.

Can I track my order online?
If your order ships via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number and corresponding link that you can use to track your package.
